In addition, A&A Multiprime has successfully registered several P&I Clubs before the  RAIMAT and REACOEX registries of the Colombian Superintendency of Finance. This  registration enables foreign underwriters to provide coverage directly, without the  need for local fronting. The benefits are clear: Colombian shipowners and operators  avoid paying VAT (currently 19% of the annual premium), eliminate local fronting  commissions (typically 5%–10%), and gain access to more competitive international  insurance markets.

MV Tenna Kosan – Cargo damage case in which the Colombian Supreme Court  defined, for the first time, the validity of charter party arbitration clauses incorporated  into bills of lading. A&A Multiprime secured a landmark decision and a recovery  exceeding USD 2 million.

MV Stadt Bremen – Grounding in Barranquilla where the Supreme Court addressed,  for the first time in Colombian history, the issue of general average, securing a  favorable outcome of over USD 1 million. 

MV Ythan – A casualty involving the sinking of the vessel, which gave rise to multi million-dollar litigation in both Colombia and the UK.
